Aftermath: Director Matthews issued Delta-77 to escort the current people residing in Outpost Theta for a supply run.
October 4th, 2005.
Outpost Gamma sent in a request for backup and supplies.
Request: DENIED
Reason of denial: Outpost Gamma has been de-commissioned for over 5 years, after the incident occured.
November 19th, 2005.
Site-21 sent a request for immediate backup, as entities they were researching had escaped and caused mass casualities.
Request: ACCEPTED
Result: Director Matthews issued Slasher-09 to deal with the situation, as he had enough information about the entities that escaped, and deemed them not of importance anymore
Aftermath: All 3 escaped Entities were terminated successfully.
November 20th, 2005.

Reason of denial: Outpost Gamma has been de-commissioned for over 5 years, after the incident occured.
January 7th, 2006.
Station-04 requested a research unit, reporting that there was a strange and undocumented entity nearby.
Request: ACCEPTED
Result: New research team Glass-19 was sent over to Station-04 to investigate and research.
Aftermath: Glass-19 never returned to Site-33.
March 9th, 2006.
Station-11 had requested backup, as people were attempting to raid the Station for its supplies and valuables.
Request: ACCEPTED
Result: Director Matthews directed SHIELDER-40 to do crowd control of the area.
Aftermath: All the people were pushed back and pacified. 3 were killed in the process, several injured. No reports filed.
June 13th, 2006.
Delta-77's commander requested immediate backup, as the team had been cornered by a horde of entities.
Request: ACCEPTED
Result: Alpha-22 and Collar-17 were sent over to assist Delta-77
Aftermath: Delta-77, with the support of Alpha-22 and Collar-17, managed to clear out entities, and even capture some. Only 3 casualties were faced, no severe injuries.
July 1st, 2006.
Site-33 Requested a Termination Unit to be sent over to deal with escaped Entities.
Request: ACCEPTED
Result: Alpha-22 and Delta-77 were sent to deal with the escaped Entities.
Aftermath: No casualties faced, escaped Entities were terminated successfully.

Reason of Denial: Outpost Gamma has been out of order since the incident occured. Research is ongoing as to how and why the outpost is CONSTANTLY sending in requests, despite being deserted and worn down.
September 15th, 2006.
A radio station had managed to tune to a frequency for requests and had asked for help against an attack from entities.
Request: DENIED
Reason of Denial: It is unknown how the radio station managed to connect to an E.C.S.T.A.S.Y Frequency, but was assumed to be anomalous and a lure/trap. The voice was frantic, gargled, distorted and scratchy, and deemed un-trustworthy.

Request: DENIED
Reason of Denial: All of us know why I'm denying these requests. I'm sending over Experiment-04 in 2 hours to investigate what the hell is going on.

Experiment-04 frantically requested immediate backup at the investigation of Outpost Gamma, claiming that it was infested with dead bodies and Canius Dementers, aswell as Sleep Killers and mirror Wraiths. Experiment-04 also claimed that the area was confirmed to have high traces of the Fallen Disease present, and needed to be contained to prevent spreading.
Request: ACCEPTED
Result: Alpha-22, Hazmat-13, and Delta-77 were sent over. All forces were equipped with gas masks and protective suits to prevent damage from the Fallen Disease, and were equipped with heavy riflery and explosives.
Aftermath: 34 Casualties occured during the event, 12 of which being that of members from Experiment-04. Over 146 entities were terminated, and more ran away and hid. Most of the Mirror Wraiths retreated into the Mirrors, which were all covered in an anti-reflectance tape. Hazmat-13 Used modified Geiger counters, capable of detecting disease, to secure a perimeter around the area of range from the Fallen Disease. A 57x57x70x70 foot air-tight tent like structure was set up and secured around the perimeter, as well as cleansers placed every 8 feet, to help purify and remove the Fallen Disease and any other sicknesses from the area. Hazmat-13 safely secured all the dead bodies, human and entity, and placed them in air-tight bags and took them to their main base to purify and discard safely.

An anonymous request came in on an E.C.S.T.A.S.Y Foundation frequency, and could not be identified. Caller gave their exact location and in a calm manner had stated their issue, they had been trapped partially in the snow after their veichal slipped on black ice and had driven into a mound of snow. The current situation was a blizzard in terms of weather, which severely worsened the situation. The caller then explained that some instances of Canius Dementer were prowling the area, preventing them from fleeing.
Request: ACCEPTED
Result: Beta-22 and Delta-77 were dispersed to the location given by the caller.
Aftermath: Delta-77 radioed in to Beta-22 and Matthews terminal, stating they had found the veichal and see the person inside. Delta-77 shouted something inaudible, and gunshots were heard. Delta-77 radioed in: "3 Canius Dementers put down. Advance to the veichal." At 2:53 PM, Delta-77 radioed in that they had secured the person from the veichal, and Beta-22 had secured the perimeter. Delta-77 brought the person, who was currently unconscious due to unknown reasons, into their truck and drove to Site-30. The person was treated in the medical bay, and ended up joining Delta-77 and thanked them for saving him.
It is unknown if any requests were sent in from December 9th, 2006-February 3rd, 2008, as communication systems were being upgraded after they were hijacked on December 13th, 2006. The new systems installed allowed for outside sources to request for help with government issued access codes for the frequencies, as well as government usage of the systems for contact.
